• This event is designed soley with Children in mind, unaccompanied adults will not be allowed entry.

• Our elves are sometime a little forgetful, please help them by entering month and year of birth when you book tickets for you under 12-month-old.

• If you require a carer ticket please call 01242 621905 or 01242 621904 and Maxine or Paul will be happy to advise and help.

There will be a nominal charge of £ 5:00 per ticket
