TERMS & CONDITIONS

• TIMINGS
  • The event is scheduled to run between the hours of 19:30 & 22:00
  • Access to the site will be by ticket only.
  • Access may be gained from 19:00 onwards.
• ATTENDANCE
  • Attendees must be 18 years of age or above.
• SAFETY
  • Attendees agree to abide by Safety restrictions as set out in the safety briefing. (To be given at start of the photo shoot)
  • Will remain in the boundaries as set out and not stray into restricted areas.
• DRONES & AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
  • We regret that in accordance with the railways byer laws no drones will be permitted at this event.

The locomotive shed area presents a number of trip hazards not limited to rough, uneven terrain and may be unsuitable for persons of restricted mobility.
