Accompanied children under 5 years old travel free but for safety reasons there should be no more than 4 children under 5 years of age for every accompanying adult or senior
One carer may travel free with any fare paying disabled person. The accompanying carer must go to the station booking office before boarding the train to collect a complimentary concession ticket. They will need to produce the disabled person’s online ticket with the date of travel entered in order to receive the concession ticket.
